Welcome to our comprehensive programme aimed at enhancing the digital skills of social care staff. Our programme is specifically tailored based on insights gathered directly from you, highlighting the critical need for improved skill sets among social care professionals.
Aligned with the Skills for Care Digital Skills Framework, our programme provides practical, hands-on learning experiences to master basic and intermediate digital skills. These skills are not only invaluable in the workplace but also in everyday life.

Additionally, we offer essential support in cybersecurity awareness. Our expert trainers stress the importance of cybersecurity and offer practical assistance in developing business continuity plans to mitigate cyber threats and data loss risks.
We equip you with the knowledge and skills to effectively secure your IT systems and devices, including setting up multi-factor authentication, remotely tracking and wiping content from mobile devices, encrypting devices, managing passwords for networking components, setting up private browsing, assessing password strength, optimising device performance, and conducting thorough data backups.
Our programme extends to assisting with auditing policies related to data protection and cybersecurity. Our trainers can guide you through reviewing and strengthening your existing policies to ensure compliance and robust protection against potential threat.
